CANCELLATION:

Standard Rate (excluding summer period) - It is possible to cancel without penalty up to 16 days before arrival with refund of the deposit. For cancellations From the 15th day before arrival, until the expected day of arrival, 100% penalty. No refunds for early departures. Stays longer than 21 days conditions on request.

Standard Rate (from 15 June 2024 to 15 September 2024) – Stays up to 21 days: It is possible to cancel without penalty up to 30 days before arrival with refund of the deposit. For cancellations from the 30th day to the 16th day before arrival 50% penalty. From the 15th day before arrival until the expected day of arrival 100% penalty. No refunds for early departures. Stays longer than 21 days conditions on request.

BALANCE :
Payment required via bank transfer or credit card after the free cancellation time expiration.

ARRIVALS – From 15.00 to 20.00. For times after 8pm on request with supplement.

DEPARTURES – By 10.00 on the day of departure.

DEPOSIT – €150.00 to be paid upon delivery of the keys and refundable upon departure after an inspection of the apartment;
CLEANING – the cleaning of the kitchenette is always the responsibility of the customer

LINEN – included with weekly change; it is possible to rent bed linen and towels with a supplement of € 20.00 per person per change,

FOLDABLE COT FOR BABIES – € 40.00 per week for children up to 3 years.

EXTRA BED – On request, € 55.00 per person per week

PETS – Small dogs welcome, 1 per apartment, with a supplement of €10.00 per day.
